Refund policy

We have a "7-day" return policy, which means you have 7 (seven) days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the seller seal on both shoes with the instructions tag on it, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@citrusbrazil.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirming it.

The shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable item

A used item, damaged, dirty, or altered can not be returned. 

An item without the seller seal on both shoes, without the instructions tag on it, or without its original packaging can not be returned. 

Personalized orders can not be returned.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. But, to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
A refund will be executed once we receive back and inspect the products.

After we send the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 5 to 15 business days to reflect on your account statement.

The refund will be ONLY for the cost of the product and NOT for returning shipping costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
